We can wait until one hour before the ceremony is scheduled to start before making the decision to move indoors.

There are an average of 10 rows on each side of the center aisle.

Rehearsals must be scheduled with your coordinator and are generally held the day prior to your wedding. Rehearsals are approximately ½ hour in length, and are led by an experienced staff member.

Yes - we do have an elevator and all areas of the building and our ceremony areas are handicap accessible.
Do you provide centerpieces, or do we bring our own?

We do make available our centerpieces at no charge to our guests, which are clear glass hurricane candles surrounded by 3 small votive candles. Hurricanes have a 6" diameter base, and are used with a 12" white taper candle in a clear glass holder. Votive candles are white in a clear glass holder. It is your choice whether to use our centerpieces or to bring in your own.

We offer complimentary Waterview ivory placecards and direction cards, as well as framed table numbers on guest tables. You are welcome to use any or all of ours, or to provide your own if desired.

Wedding cakes are 4 layers. The top layer diameter is 6”, second layer 8”, third layer 10”, and base layer 14”.

We work with an outside kosher caterer; just let us know the number of kosher meals needed when you provide your final head count.
Does the building have a backup generator?

Yes. The Waterview has a generator which can power the entire building in the event of a power failure.
